Temp-to-Perm Campus Recruiter

Our client, a leading independent investment banking firm, is seeking a Temp-to-Perm Recruiting Associate to join its Talent Acquisition team in New York City. This hybrid role will primarily support MBA and campus recruiting initiatives while partnering closely with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process. The position will play a key role in coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and supporting recruiting activities during a team member's leave of absence, with the potential for longer-term opportunities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, has prior campus recruiting experience, and enjoys delivering a polished candidate experience while managing multiple priorities. If this sounds like you, please apply to learn more! Bachelor's degree required. 2+ years of recruiting coordination or campus recruiting experience, required. Experience within financial services, investment banking, or professional services environments, preferred. Experience coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications throughout the hiring process, required. Exposure to sourcing or full-cycle recruiting activities, preferred. Proficiency with Greenhouse or a comparable applicant tracking system, preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, required. Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment, required. Willingness to work onsite three days per week, with flexibility based on business needs, required. The hourly rate for this role is $40-$50/hr. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
