Speech Language Pathologist

Little Whale Therapy LLC is looking for a full-time or part‑time Speech‑Language Pathologist to provide home- and childcare center‑based speech, language, and feeding therapy to children. This role serves families through the Illinois Early Intervention Program as well as private pediatric clients. We prioritize collaborating with families as a primary component in the therapeutic process. Position Requirements Master’s Degree from an ASHA‑accredited program Active Illinois Speech‑Language Pathology license in good standing Driver's license and personal vehicle with insurance Experience and understanding of child‑led, play‑based, responsive intervention Eagerness to work collaboratively with families and other professionals Interest in becoming a contributing member of a growing team Exceptional oral and written communication skills Early Intervention Specialist credential, or willingness to obtain Position Responsibilities Evaluate, develop goals, and provide evidence‑based treatment interventions for children via primarily in‑person and occasional telehealth service delivery. Participate in the Early Intervention Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) process, including attending meetings, communicating with team members, evaluating outcomes, and writing reports. Independently manage a caseload and schedule. Complete timely and accurate documentation.
