Key Responsibilities\n

Your daily responsibilities as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will include:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania, recognized by the PA Board of Clinical Social Workers, Professional Counselors, and Marriage and Family Therapists.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing therapy for behavioral and psychiatric conditions.

• A demonstrated history of progressive leadership experience within a clinical setting, showing the ability to guide teams effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
