About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Home Modalities to play a pivotal role in the strategic vision and business growth of home dialysis services. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and driving a strategic vision for peritoneal and home hemodialysis, with a focus on expanding the home program and fostering relationships with external and internal stakeholders. This leadership position demands a visionary with a proven track record in operational impact, the ability to work in a dynamic environment, and a commitment to patient-centered care. The role encompasses accountability for clinical outcomes, growth, retention, and operational efficiency, as well as the development of a strong leadership team and the maintenance of compliance and risk management standards. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of progressive management experience, and a demonstrated ability to influence change and drive results. The role requires a self-starter with a high degree of initiative, urgency, and follow-through, who can effectively manage relationships at various levels, including with physicians and teammates. The Vice President will be expected to partner with the Acutes/Hospital Services team, set and meet financial budgets, and ensure the growth and maintenance of hospital partnerships. A background in clinical settings is not mandatory, but a strong operational acumen and a commitment to the mission of improving patient lives through home dialysis are essential.
