Advocates is hiring a Training & Development Business Partner to oversee the creation and management of training programs within its Developmental and Brain Injury Residential Services. This full-time role involves maintaining the training calendar, coordinating facilitators, and mentoring staff. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years of experience in similar services. Strong public speaking and interpersonal skills are essential.
