Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via video conferencing, catering to adults experiencing a range of emotional challenges including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with psychiatric providers within our integrated care model, ensuring comprehensive treatment plans that effectively address the multifaceted needs of our clients.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and goal progress tracking to evaluate client improvements, facilitating the ongoing adjustment of treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation leveraging our user-friendly therapist portal, designed to streamline workflow and administrative tasks.

• Receive ongoing support and consultation from our experienced Therapy Leadership Team, fostering professional growth and enhancing therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is required.
