Work Environment\n

This position allows for a fully remote work setting, enabling you to provide therapy in a comfortable environment for both you and your clients. Your schedule will consist of traditional business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Mending Within, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting therapeutic sessions focused on individual client needs, using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or family systems therapy.

• Evaluating clients through initial assessments to identify underlying psychological, emotional, and relational challenges.
\n
• Creating and implementing tailored treatment plans that align with client goals and therapeutic techniques.
\n
• Maintaining detailed clinical documentation, tracking client progress, and recognizing significant milestones in their therapy journey.

• Participating in regular team meetings and case consultations to enhance collaborative care strategies and share insights on client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on serving adults, couples, and families experiencing a range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• An active LMFT license in California is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
