HR Specialist I

Summary:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR questions and policies
- Assist with organizational changes, employee transfers and other transactions
- Assist performance management process
- Support maintaining employee records, HRIS updates and HR documentation
- Support employee relations matters including employee concerns and workplace investigations
- Support recruitment activities and onboarding process
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, and corporate events
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent, relevant experience
- 1 to 3+ years of related experience within HR
- Experience with ADP and other HCM/HRIS products with multiple modules preferred
- MS Office Suite and excellent knowledge of MS Excel
- Attention to detail and data validation abilities
- Multi-tasking
- Time Management
