HR Manager (Healthcare Recruiting & Employee Experience) - Fairfax, VA (Hybrid)

I-CARE Inc. has been serving Northern Virginia for over 30 years, providing in-home care and operating an intimate assisted living community. We are looking for a hands‑on HR Manager to lead recruiting and support our team as we continue to grow. Position Overview This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both recruiting and employee relations . You will manage the full employee lifecycle—from sourcing and hiring caregivers and clinical staff to supporting and retaining a strong, reliable team. Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruiting (job postings, screening, interviewing, hiring) Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of caregivers and healthcare staff Oversee onboarding and orientation to ensure strong starts Serve as the main point of contact for employee relations and HR support Ensure compliance with HR policies and healthcare staffing regulations Support leadership in improving retention, culture, and team performance What We’re Looking For 3–7+ years of HR experience (healthcare preferred) Experience recruiting caregivers (CNA, PCA, RMA) or healthcare staff in home care or assisted living strongly preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities Knowledge of HR compliance and hiring practices Schedule & Location Hybrid role: 2 days per week in‑office in Fairfax, VA Remaining days flexible based on workflow Compensation $70,000 per year Opportunity for growth within a well‑established and expanding healthcare organization Why Join I-CARE Family‑founded, mission‑driven company Leadership that values people and teamwork Opportunity to directly impact hiring, culture, and care quality Meaningful work serving clients and families in the community #J-18808-Ljbffr
