Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work side by side with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Teach patients and their families about therapy methods to facilitate ongoing recovery efforts at home
• Track Progress and Adjust Plans: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as required to ensure patients remain on the right track

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an approved program
• Encouragement and support for ongoing education and specialized certifications

Licensure

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• Certification from NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is mandatory
