Job Description

• Design Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs to craft tailored therapy regimens that support their functional achievements.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Use proven methods to boost patients' motor capabilities, cognitive abilities, and daily living functionalities.
• Collaborate with Multi-disciplinary Teams: Coordinate effectively with OTs, PTs, STs, medical practitioners, and nursing staff to deliver integrated, patient-centric care.
• Guide Patients and Their Families: Inform patients and caregivers on therapeutic strategies that facilitate sustained progress in their everyday lives.
• Track and Evaluate Growth: Keep detailed records of patient development and make necessary adjustments to treatment protocols to ensure effective progress.

Education

• Bachelor's or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Support for continual education and advanced certificates is high.

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
