About the Role
This high-end hospitality company is located in the gorgeous Napa Valley. They cater to a very specific and exclusive niche. As the Executive Assistant to the COO and their team you will:
Responsibilities
- Handle executives’ incoming & outgoing communications with professionalism, confidentiality, and urgency
- Oversee project timelines & deadlines and track necessary follow-ups
- Strategically manage complex calendars, arrange meetings, and schedule appointments
- Proactively coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
- Handle incoming & outgoing communications with discretion, confidentiality, and urgency, and poise
- Process expense reports and invoices - timely and accurately
- Research and implement new administrative processes to enhance productivity
- Event planning and coordination, including team offsites and external meetings
- Manage complex calendars, arrange meetings, and schedule appointments
- Create presentations, prepare agendas, and produce deliverables
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a Private Equity, Finance, Private Family Office, Tech, or Hospitality Company.
- Impeccable Communication Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
Required Skills
- Relevant experience balancing the needs of multiple Sales executives, with the ability to prioritize between requests
- The skill to manage the logistical challenges surrounding complex calendar scheduling, travel arrangements, and business meetings
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Easygoing but still business-savvy communication style
- Passionate about building relationships and collaborating with others
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint
Pay range and compensation package
This role is on-site with a base salary of $140K per year AND you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package spanning 401K, health insurance, life insurance, disability, paid time off, family planning benefits, commuter benefits program, etc.
$26.44 - $34.13 per hour
