If this sounds interesting, we’d like to meet you.## Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams, we’re looking for a **Production Manager** to join our production department in **Bielsko-Biała, Poland**.**What a typical day looks like:*** Organize and supervise the work of production department focused on low voltage equipment.* Participate in launching new production lines, implementing standards and procedures in line with ISO.* Plan and deliver production targets in terms of quality, timeliness, and cost.* Coordinate subcontractors’ work related to installation and integration of product components, including schedule planning and technical/organizational arrangements.* Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, planning, logistics, and maintenance teams.* Prepare status reports, react to delays, and initiate corrective actions.* Build and develop the team (recruitment, training, evaluation, and motivation).* Conduct cost analysis, prepare budget data, and supervise tools and equipment.* Implement optimization initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen) and cost-saving projects.* Represent the area in contacts with key customers and business partners.**The experience we’re looking to add to our team:*** University degree (preferably technical or related to production management).* Minimum 3 years of experience managing production or operations.* Experience working with subcontractors and contractors in technical and organizational scope.* Fluency in spoken and written English and Polish for effective communication in an international environment.* Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.* Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/Process Optimization.* Excellent knowledge of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.* Results-oriented, responsible, and independent.* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, international environment.* Experience with datacenter infrastructure, modular electrical systems, or similar environments is an advantage.**What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:*** Interesting and challenging job in an experienced and close-knit team* Substantive support in the process of adaptation* Participation in projects of international scope* Social package (private medical care, life insurance and benefit card)* Contract of employmentGS110KS59## Job CategoryOperationsAnord Mardix is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
