Work Environment\n

This position is conducted remotely in a supportive and flexible work setting, allowing for a better work-life balance while significantly contributing to the organization’s mission. As a member of our Detox Center program, you will engage with families and children from the comfort of your home, using innovative digital tools and resources to connect with clients effectively. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals focused on child development and family support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the developmental needs of children.
\n
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring all strategies are evidence-based and tailored to meet specific family and child needs.
\n
• Monitor and assess the ongoing progress of children enrolled in services, using data-driven methods to track improvements and adjust interventions accordingly.
\n
• Provide hands-on support and resources to families, enhancing their understanding and capabilities to foster their child’s development.
\n
• Develop and maintain strong rapport with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members to create a supportive and trusting environment.
\n
• Utilize the coach-model approach and Natural Learning Environment Practices to teach families effective strategies.
\n
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on children in need, particularly those facing developmental delays or disabilities. This role involves working directly with infants and toddlers, providing interventions that enhance their physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. The LCSW will be instrumental in supporting families through challenges, guiding them so that they can effectively advocate for and assist their children's growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Valid LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.
\n
• A current and valid driver’s license.
\n
• A minimum of one year of professional experience working with children in early intervention settings.

• Proficient in adapting to diverse learning styles and needs to create individualized treatment plans.

• Demonstrated commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices and family-centered approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
