This position is designed for a full-time employee working remotely while ensuring flexibility to meet client needs through virtual sessions. As a member of our healthcare team, you'll engage in a mix of individual, family, and group therapy sessions. Clients are typically adults navigating substance withdrawal symptoms, making your role critical in their recovery journey. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and substance use specialists, creating a seamless care experience.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments that provide insight into clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Facilitate therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing proven modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop personalized treatment plans with measurable goals, regularly evaluating progress and making adjustments as necessary to optimize client outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment, ensuring a safe environment for clients during sessions.

• Collaborate with the treatment team to coordinate individualized care, sharing insights and strategies related to each client’s treatment.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.

• Facilitate psychoeducational classes and group therapy sessions that empower clients to make informed decisions during their recovery process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
