Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for mental health diagnoses to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with client needs and adhere to organizational guidelines.

• Document treatment sessions, including diagnosis reviews and clinical case notes, to uphold regulatory and operational compliance.
\n
• Foster strong therapeutic relationships through effective communication and support, ensuring that clients feel seen and valued during their recovery journey.

• Engage creatively with clients, utilizing evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), to help them achieve and exceed their therapeutic goals.

• Maintain a caseload with a minimum of 25 client-facing visits weekly, balancing quality care with your own work-life balance.
\n
• Collaborate closely with case managers, family members, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and comprehensive service delivery.
\n
• Participate actively in community outreach initiatives to expand resources and strengthen community ties.
\n
• Respond promptly and professionally to communications from the Clinical Director and attend all scheduled staff meetings and training sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily revolves around supporting a diverse clientele within a detox center, including individuals, couples, families, and groups who are navigating complex challenges related to substance use and mental health. Your expertise as an LCSW will be vital in creating safe spaces for clients to address their issues and pursue pathways to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline.

• Must possess an independent License as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
\n
• Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• Ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries while providing compassionate support to clients.
\n
• Experience with comprehensive documentation practices, including assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.

• Proficiency in using Office 365 and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

• A commitment to serving a culturally diverse client population with sensitivity and respect.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a clinical setting serving clients with mental health and substance use disorders is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000.
