Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in discharge and aftercare planning to support smooth transitions for students returning to school or community settings.

• Provide therapeutic meal support to students, emphasizing the importance of establishing a healthy relationship with food.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse student body within schools in Sacramento and the surrounding areas. The clientele includes children and adolescents who may be dealing with various emotional and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
