This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in managing work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize clinical expertise to conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and formulate independent diagnoses tailored to individual client needs.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized, patient-centered treatment plans that outline clear therapeutic goals and milestones.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based interventions, including solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation to enhance client engagement and drive positive outcomes.

• Coordinate efforts with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Monitor client progress through systematic tracking of treatment responses, utilizing both in-person and virtual sessions to evaluate effectiveness and adjust treatment as needed.

• Support clients in their psychotropic medication management by assessing adherence, monitoring potential side effects, and collaborating with medical providers to evaluate treatment efficacy.

Qualifications\n
