Automotive Sales ManagerAt Avon Lake Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership, we're different and just getting started! As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Automotive Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team and drive continued success. This is a unique opportunity to work along side the new owners of the dealership and grow as we grow!Position Summary:The Automotive Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales department. This includes managing a team of sales professionals, developing effective sales strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting or exceeding dealership sales goals.Key Responsibilities:Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales teamTake TOs (turnovers) to assist sales consultants in closing deals and improving conversion ratesEnsure CRM tasks are completed in a timely and effectiveMonitor and analyze sales performance metrics to meet dealership objectivesMaintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retentionParticipate in hiring, training, and performance evaluations for sales staffQualifications:3+ years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership rolePrevious experience with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram brands is a strong plusProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goalsExcellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skillsStrong understanding of CRM systems and dealership software (e.g., Tekion, Dealertrack, VinSolutions)Valid driver's license and clean driving record
