As the Product Leader of the Credit Bureau Reporting platform, you will:Lead platform strategy and execution to enable Capital One to drive onboarding and adoptionCreate a long-term roadmap for the platform that supports a broader enterprise vision and industry trendsPartner with Lines of Business (LOBs) to define and build reusable platform capabilities to support multiple Financial Products across the companyLead the development of a user-friendly experience that enables Lines of Business to create and innovate on Financial Products on the platformDrive the platform agenda to adhere to our Enterprise Platform and Operational Excellence standardsEnsure the platform meets the requisite risk and compliance requirementsDetermine the optimal platform answers with our Tech Partners that solves for business need and engineering best practicesThe product leader on this team will broadly interface with stakeholders across all lines on businesses including Card, FS and Bank, and play an increasingly critical strategic role in modernization, as they will need to balance the "needs of today" with "enabling the future", which will translate into the following kinds of problem solving:Strategically managing our team interactions with senior stakeholders across lines of businesses to achieve near and long-term goalsProactively managing our product risk and health posture - and directly informing related functional requirements in our modern platformDriving product management best practices throughout the organization and establishing a culture of product management disciplineWhat "great" looks like for this Product Leader is to provide visionary, yet practical leadership to balance maximizing value to the business today while actively, and differentially enabling the move to a modern platform. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.McLean, VA: $269,600 - $307,700 for Sr. Dir, Product ManagementNew York, NY: $294,100 - $335,700 for Sr. Dir, Product ManagementRichmond, VA: $245,100 - $279,800 for Sr. Dir, Product ManagementCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
