Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to create your schedule while working alongside a supportive team of fellow mental health professionals. Our telehealth platform enables seamless communication and collaboration, ensuring that you can offer the highest standard of care to clients without the constraints of a physical office. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with no on-call duties, giving you the freedom to balance your professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly, evidence-based therapy sessions with individual adults via secure video conferencing.

• Evaluate clients’ psychological and emotional needs using standardized symptom self-assessments and functional improvement metrics to inform treatment plans.

• Offer ongoing support by adapting treatment strategies based on client progress and feedback.

• Engage in collaborative care by liaising with psychiatric professionals and fellow counselors to deliver comprehensive treatment solutions.

• Document sessions and treatment strategies in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will be skilled in working with a diverse array of adult clients, including those from higher-risk populations experiencing various mental health challenges. You will be responsible for fostering a therapeutic alliance that empowers clients to explore their emotions and develop resilience. Emphasizing culturally responsive care, you will be expected to adapt your therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs and backgrounds of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work, with current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of one year of independent practice as a licensed therapist, counselor, or psychologist.
