Pay: $29.00–$32.00 per hour

Kelly Services is recruiting for a well-established commercial property management company seeking an organized and customer-focused Administrative Assistant / Accounting Coordinator . This role is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing office administration with accounting support in a collaborative, small-office environment. The position offers a flexible schedule and outstanding long-term growth potential, including the opportunity to advance into a Controller role.

What You'll Do- Serve as the primary point of contact by answering phones and assisting tenants, vendors, and visitors.
- Provide administrative support for daily office operations.
- Prepare and process lease documents and maintain tenant files.
- Update databases, records, and company documentation.
- Create reports, correspondence, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Support bookkeeping functions, including recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with accounts, reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly profit and loss statements for multiple commercial properties.
- Maintain financial records for approximately nine property entities.
- Help ensure accurate and confidential handling of financial and tenant information.
- Previous administrative office experience required.
- Bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred.
- Knowledge of general accounting principles and financial recordkeeping.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Commercial property management or real estate experience is a plus but not required.
