Customer Service Rep

Partners Personnel is currently hiring Customer Service Reps for a seasonal contract position.

Job Title: Customer Service Rep

Pay rate: $18.00

Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)

Job Duties:

Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Answer incoming phone calls and provide prompt, professional assistance
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across multiple chat platforms
Resolve customer concerns by providing clear, helpful solutions
Document interactions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to address escalations or complex issues
Maintain a positive, professional tone in all communications
