Soto Growth Systems is expanding its Miami, FL sales team and is looking for motivated sales professionals who are comfortable guiding business owners through thoughtful, consultative conversations in a fully remote environment. We support coaches, consultants, agencies, and online service providers with sales systems, automation, AI-powered processes, and experienced sales support designed to help their businesses grow. This Full Time Sales position is suited to people who enjoy understanding a prospect’s situation, communicating clearly, and helping identify the right solution. What You’ll Be Doing Meet with prospective clients through scheduled Zoom and phone conversations. Explore each prospect’s business objectives, current challenges, and priorities. Present solutions that align with the prospect’s needs and circumstances. Handle questions and objections with confidence and professionalism. Document conversations, follow‑up activity, and important details accurately in the CRM. Work toward individual performance expectations while contributing to the broader sales team. The Sales Environment Appointments are scheduled for the sales team, so the position does not require cold calling or manual prospecting. The team works remotely and receives ongoing sales coaching, training, and mentorship. AI-supported lead generation contributes to the prospect pipeline, while established sales systems and structured onboarding provide a framework for the work. As the organization grows, strong performers may have opportunities to develop professionally and take on greater responsibility.
