Compliance Analyst

Support a comprehensive compliance program that helpsprotect organizational integrity, regulatory alignment, and patient trust. TheCompliance Analyst plays a key role in investigations, compliance reviews,auditing, monitoring, training, and risk mitigation efforts. This positionserves as a trusted resource to internal stakeholders, helping interpretregulatory requirements, assess risk, and strengthen compliance operations.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct and support compliance investigations,including document review, interviews, and preparing investigation reports.
• Review department and organizational documents,including agreements, to identify compliance risks and recommend revisions.
• Research regulatory requirements and provideguidance on compliance-related matters.
• Respond to general compliance questions frominternal stakeholders.
• Support development and delivery of complianceeducation and training.
• Perform compliance reviews and audit-relatedactivities to assess alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
• Prepare clear reports, findings, and analysesfor leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation, trackingsystems, and compliance databases.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives, processimprovements, and systemwide compliance efforts.

Salary Range:

The full salary range for this position is $86,400 to$184,800, with an anticipated hiring range between $95,000 to $125,000,depending on qualifications and experience.

Required

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from anaccredited institution or equivalent credentials.
• CHC certification, or an approved equivalent.
• At least three years of experience in ahealthcare or academic medical center setting, including at least 2 years in asimilar role focused on general compliance activities.
• Working knowledge of federal and statehealthcare compliance regulations and the essential elements of an effectivecompliance program.
• Experience conducting investigations,interviewing witnesses, preparing investigation reports, performing audits, andsupporting compliance education.
• Experience reviewing documents such asprofessional service agreements, Data Use Agreements, and other transactionaldocuments.
• Strong analytical, organizational, andcommunication skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive issues, ambiguity, competingpriorities, and fluctuating workload demands with sound judgment andprofessionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications andthe ability to organize complex data and documentation.
