As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Specialist to support our HR and daily business operations. Position Overview We are seeking an organized and motivated Operations Specialist to support both Human Resources and daily office operations. This role will assist with recruiting, employee onboarding, HR administration, office coordination, and operational projects to help ensure the company runs efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and supporting multiple departments in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Support full-cycle recruiting, including scheduling interviews and coordinating the hiring process. Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration. Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and confidential. Support employee engagement, training, and performance review processes. Coordinate daily office operations and administrative activities. Prepare reports and assist with operational projects. Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth business operations. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Operations, Administration, or a related role preferred. Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and verbal). Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
