We want 6sense to be the best chapter of your career. About the Role We are looking for an Associate Campaign Operations Specialist to join our CampaignOperations team in Pune. The role will support the execution, monitoring, troubleshooting,and optimization of digital advertising, programmatic, and social (Omni-Channel)campaigns . The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with campaign operations, optimization, troubleshooting, audience management, campaign analytics, and advertising/marketing technology platforms. Experience with DSPs/SSP’s such as Xandr(AppNexus), Beeswax, DV360, CM360, Centro, The Trade Desk, GAM, OpenX, andPubmatic . Marketing Automation Platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua,Mailchimp, or Constant Contact is preferred. The role requires a high degree of individual ownership and accountability, with the abilityto independently manage day-to-day campaign operations, troubleshoot and resolve issues,support Go-to-Market teams, and collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success. Key Skills & Experience 2+ years of experience in Programmatic/Digital Advertising, AdTech, CampaignOperations, Programmatic Advertising, Marketing Operations, or Email Marketing. Hands‑on experience with DSPs, MAPs, CRMs, or similar advertising/marketingplatforms. Understanding of campaign setup, targeting, audience segmentation, budgets,pacing, bidding, scheduling, creatives, tracking, and delivery. Experience monitoring campaign performance, optimization and troubleshooting under-delivery, pacing, targeting, creative, configuration, and tracking issues. Understanding of digital advertising metrics such as impressions, clicks, CTR, CPM,CPC, conversions, CPA, reach, frequency, and ROI. Experience creating, launching, monitoring, optimizing and reporting on email anddemand-generation campaigns. Experience with CRM/MAP platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua,Mailchimp, or similar. Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables,XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data cleansing, analysis, and reporting. Basic knowledge of HTML5, email HTML, ad creative specifications, tracking pixels,UTM parameters, and landing-page troubleshooting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities. Knowledge of ABM and intent-based marketing is a plus. What You'll Do Campaign Operations & Troubleshooting Manage day-to-day operations for digital advertising, programmatic, and social(Omni-Channel) campaigns. Review and validate campaign setup, targeting, budgets, schedules, creatives,tracking, and other configurations. Monitor active campaigns for delivery, pacing, performance, and operational issues and take corrective action. Identify campaigns that have not delivered impressions or email workflows that havenot executed within defined thresholds. Review campaign performance and recommend optimization opportunities. Troubleshoot campaign, creative, tracking, and platform issues and work withDSP/MAP partners to resolve them. Troubleshoot creative audit failures and coordinate resolution with relevantplatform teams. Go-to-Market & Customer Support Respond to Salesforce tickets, Slack requests, emails, and other support channels from Sales, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market teams. Support CSMs with customer onboarding, campaign setup, ad specifications,platform functionality, and campaign-related questions. Translate customer requirements into clear campaign and operational requirements. Provide timely updates and elevate complex technical or product issues with appropriate documentation. Identify recurring challenges and recommend improvements to campaign processesand customer experience. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and external platformpartners to resolve operational and technical issues. Document product and feature requests with relevant business context andcustomer use cases. Participate in testing and validation of new features, campaign workflows, andoperational processes. Contribute to root-cause analysis, process improvements, and operationalefficiency. Create and maintain troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and training materials. Support training and knowledge-sharing sessions for Sales and Customer Successteams. Creative Operations Review and validate digital ad creatives against campaign and platformspecifications. Create, modify, test, or troubleshoot creatives when required. Coordinate creative requirements with internal teams, customers, and platformpartners. What We're Looking For BE/BTech/BS or equivalent bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT,Business Analytics, Marketing Technology, or a related field. 2–6 years of relevant experience in Digital Advertising, AdTech, CampaignOperations, Programmatic, Marketing Operations, or Email Marketing. Strong understanding of campaign execution, monitoring, troubleshooting,optimization, and reporting . Experience working with at least one DSP, SSP, MAP, CRM, or advertising technology platform . Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functionalteams. Strong ownership, problem-solving, and process-oriented mindset. Willingness to work in rotational shifts based on business requirements. Nice to Have Experience with Xandr (AppNexus), Beeswax, Campaign Manager 260, DV360,Centro, The Trade Desk, Openx, Google Ad Manager, Pubmaticor similar DSPs, Experience with 6sense, GA4, Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, Mailchimp , orsimilar platforms. Knowledge of ABM, intent data, email deliverability, SPF/DKIM/DMARC , and digitaladvertising standards. Experience with HTML5, ad tags, pixels, tracking URLs, or creative troubleshooting. Experience with Looker, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, APIs, scripting, or processautomation. Experience in a SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, or B2B technology environment.
