Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient intakes to perform diagnostic evaluations and functional assessments, providing actionable recommendations to primary care providers regarding treatment goals.

• Deliver brief, focused intervention sessions for patients experiencing mental health challenges, employing evidence-based methodologies tailored to individual needs.

• Participate actively as a member of the primary care team, assisting providers in recognizing and managing mental health and psychosocial issues.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress and diagnostic information within treatment charts, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other confidentiality standards.

• Develop relapse prevention plans and strategies to support patients in maintaining stability and achieving self-sufficiency.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 87,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
