Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform mental health evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to clients’ needs.

• Conduct psychotherapy sessions focusing on group and family therapy, with a particular emphasis on serving children and adolescents.

• Participate actively in case conferences and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and treatment planning.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that promote peer support and healthy coping skills for clients experiencing similar challenges.

• Regularly assess client progress and modify treatment protocols to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately and in accordance with company policies and state regulations.

• Engage in professional development through ongoing training and supervision with a Clinical Supervisor.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress, ensuring safety and stabilization at all times.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health discipline.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $52,000 to $70,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
