Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients’ mental health, including administering standardized assessments as needed.
\n
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of clients and their families.
\n
• Facilitating therapeutic sessions with couples and families, while also providing individual therapy for each member when necessary.

• Addressing a range of issues including relationship conflicts, grief and loss, coping with medical stressors, and managing blended family dynamics.
\n
• Maintaining thorough and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and community resources to coordinate holistic care for clients.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
