Coming from a State Farm family - with my brother also serving as an agent - this business has always been about more than a job; it’s about building something lasting with people you trust. Our team currently includes three members, and we’re a young, growing office with a strong emphasis on teamwork, energy, and shared success. Staying grounded in what matters is important to me, and I’m actively involved with my church and a local special education program as part of that commitment. ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Solomon Barwegen - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
