Assistant Rehab Director

Broad River Rehab is seeking an Assistant, Director of Rehab (COTA/PTA) to join our San Angelo, TX Continuing Care Rehab Community. Salaried Role - $79,000 - $84,000 - Full-Time, 30-40 Hours Per Week *Offers based on experience and qualifying interview. Prior Management experience preferred As the Assistant Director of Rehabilitation, you will collaborate with the Director to help oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a Continuing Care Rehab setting. You will co-manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives. Qualifications: Current state licensure as a (COTA or PTA) Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Long Term Care Management experience is preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines At Broad River Rehab we value our staff and their dedication to our mission of making a difference in every resident’s life.
