A leading financial services firm is seeking a Business Operations Manager to support strategic initiatives across operations, analytics, and business process improvement. This individual will partner with senior leadership to enhance reporting, optimize workflows, manage cross‑functional projects, and leverage AI‑powered tools to improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, organized, and comfortable translating complex information into executive‑ready deliverables. Responsibilities Develop and maintain executive dashboards and business reports using modern analytics and AI tools Analyze operational data and provide insights to support strategic decision‑making Design, document, and improve business processes to drive efficiency and scalability Lead cross‑functional projects, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met Create executive presentations, reporting materials, and communications for senior leadership Support planning and execution of leadership meetings, strategic initiatives, and special projects Evaluate and implement new technologies, including AI‑driven solutions, to improve business operations Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Technology, and Business teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related fiel 4+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, project management, consulting, or business analytic Strong analytical skills with experience developing dashboards and reporting solution Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau) and AI platforms is a plu Excellent project management, organizational, and problem‑solving abilitie Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing executive‑level presentation #J-18808-Ljbffr
