Customer Support Technician

Providing technical assistance and support to internal and external customers, the part-time Customer Support Technician will diagnose and resolve IT-related issues across computer hardware, software, printers, networks, and telecommunications systems while working remotely on a contract basis. Key responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical problems, providing solutions and workarounds Prepare help desk incident reports and assist with hardware and software evaluations Support hosted web-enabled solutions and contribute to technical documentation and knowledge bases Required qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent relevant experience Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in technical support U.S. citizenship required due to the nature of the work Ability to facilitate SRT calls for service recovery and restoration Experience in monitoring and providing first-level triage of networked servers and infrastructure devices Virtual Vocations Inc
