Dedicated paraprofessionals are needed for contract positions supporting students in K-12 settings across a range of classroom environments, including life skills, autism support, and behavior intervention classrooms. Immediate vacancies are available, with the majority situated at the elementary grade level. Your passion for working with students with diverse learning needs and your ability to contribute to individualized education teams will be highly valued.

In this role, your insights and preferences matter. Qualifications:

• Experience as a paraprofessional or in a classroom support role, especially within special education
• Familiarity with supporting students on IEPs or with significant behavioral or learning needs
• Ability to adapt communication and instructional strategies to meet individual student requirements
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with teachers, therapists, and families
• Reliability and a strong sense of personal accountability

Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instructional, behavioral, and personal care support to assigned students
• Assist teachers with classroom management and lesson implementation
• Encourage student participation and engagement through positive reinforcement
• Document relevant student behavior, progress, and interventions as needed
• Support inclusion and foster an encouraging classroom atmosphere
