Payroll Coordinator

This role is located at the Enterprise Mobility Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO and offers a hybrid schedule. Responsibilities
We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:
Payroll Processing & Accuracy
- Process weekly, bi-weekly, and/or monthly payrolls, including reviewing, analyzing, and correcting errors
- Perform accurate and timely data entry of employee information
- Calculate and produce manual checks as needed
Employee Support & Communication
- Answer routine payroll and payroll taxrelated questions from employees and Groups with clarity and professionalism.
Reporting, Projects & Continuous Support
- Assist in the completion of ad hoc requests and special projects to support departmental needs.

Qualifications
Minimum:
- H.S. Diploma/GED
- Must have 1 year minimum of payroll experience
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Will not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Preferred:
- Associates Degree or 2 years of college level coursework
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
- Basic knowledge of FLSA, Federal withholding requirements and state statutes governing payroll
- Strong math skills; intermediate algebra
