Payroll Coordinator
McCarthy Holdings, Inc.
The Payroll Coordinator will work as a critical team member in a fast paced and integral payroll group. Provide processing and payroll execution in support of multiple regions within McCarthy. Responsibilities Support processing weekly payroll including new hire tax set up and auditing Assist in reconciliations for weekly balancing Process approximately 1,000 weekly paychecks Qualifications 2+ years of payroll experience. Multi state and multi-company experience preferred. Union contracting and payroll processing experience preferred. Experience working with union reporting preferred. Working knowledge of all functions associated with the complete processing of payroll in a fast paced environment. Other payroll duties as required. Prioritization, accuracy, organization and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.
