Business Development Representative (BDR)

We’re building the next great commerce platform for hospitality — one that combines world-class design, modern technology, and a deep understanding of the industry’s craft and culture. The Role We’re hiring a Business Development Representative to join our GTM team. You’ll be the front line of our go-to-market motion — identifying high-potential leads, building relationships with hospitality operators, and helping bring them onto the Table22 platform. You’ll work closely with our Account Executives, fellow BDRs, and B2B Growth teams to refine our outbound tactics, test new channels, and generate a steady pipeline of qualified merchants. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, curious, and comfortable speaking with restaurant owners, GMs, and operators every day. Responsibilities Prospect & qualify new leads across CRM, inbound, and outbound channels Own outreach via email, phone, and social (HubSpot sequences, Instagram DM, LinkedIn, etc.) Engage operators — understand their business, challenges, and fit for Table22 Collaborate with AEs to schedule demos, craft messaging, and share learnings Test and optimize outbound cadences, lead scoring, and campaign performance Maintain clean CRM hygiene — track activities, update lead stages, and contribute to pipeline reporting Feed intelligence back to marketing, data, and product teams on what’s working (and what’s not) Who You Are 2+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or sales‑adjacent role (SaaS, hospitality tech, or agency experience a plus) Excellent communicator with empathy for small business owners and hospitality operators Top‑tier written and spoken English Exceptionally organized, self‑directed, and metrics‑driven Hungry to learn — curious about AI tools, GTM systems, and how restaurants grow Comfortable operating in a high‑velocity environment where iteration is constant Deep interest in food, restaurants, and culinary culture (including and especially within the U.S.) What Success Looks Like Consistent attainment of qualified demo goals (weekly/monthly) Pipeline contribution directly tied to new merchant activations Experimentation and insights that improve outbound efficiency (e.g. open/click/reply rates) Why Join Table22 Be part of a team redefining the economics of hospitality Work directly with founder, GTM, and product teams on high‑leverage GTM initiatives Grow into AE, Partnerships, or Operations roles as the team scales Competitive comp package with base, commission, and equity Remote-friendly If this role sounds exciting to you, send a quick introduction and your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io . #J-18808-Ljbffr BetterCloud
