Schedule: Monday-Friday | Approximately 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Perform precision TIG welding on stainless steel components.
• Complete primarily butt welds with occasional piping and specialty welds.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Weld both standard and custom product configurations.
• Produce high-quality welds while meeting production schedules.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and specification compliance.
• Work on short production runs with a variety of parts and assemblies.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with handling and positioning materials up to 50 lbs.

QualificationsRequired

• Current welding certification or equivalent TIG welding experience.
• Minimum 2 years of TIG welding experience.
• Experience welding stainless steel.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.

Preferred

• Experience with Ultra High Vacuum (UHV) products.
• Experience in custom fabrication or high-mix/low-volume manufacturing.
• Ability to adapt to varying product designs and specifications.
• Interest in long-term career growth and advancement opportunities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
