Key Responsibilities:

• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
• Clean up and reconcile historical financial data, including identifying duplicate or incorrect entries and resolving discrepancies
• Review and analyze balance sheet accounts, including accounts receivable and clearing accounts, to ensure proper classification and accuracy
• Navigate QuickBooks Online (QBO) independently to manage bookkeeping tasks with minimal supervision
• Collaborate with internal team members to prioritize work, shift tasks as needed, and meet tight project deadlines
• Communicate proactively to resolve issues, ask questions, and maintain workflow momentum in a billable, deadline-driven environment

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) is required; candidates without recent QBO experience will not be considered
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, including reconciliations, general ledger, and balance sheet analysis
• Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Experience with financial cleanup projects, catch-up bookkeeping, or high-volume transactional environments preferred
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail with the ability to meet team expectations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement

Pay Details: $32.00 to $36.00 per hour
