This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. However, as a part of our outpatient practice, there may occasionally be opportunities to engage with colleagues and clients in person at our Renton office. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify clients' needs, strengths, and challenges, ensuring an accurate understanding of their psychological state.

• Design, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans reflecting evidence-based practices and client-centered goals tailored to the client’s unique circumstances.

• Facilitate innovative individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based approaches to engage clients effectively.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to provide well-rounded and coordinated care for clients.

Qualifications\n

• Competitive annual salary between USD 80,000 and 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
