TIG Welder (7:00PM - 5:30AM M-F)

Innovation and application expertise are the cornerstones of our identity and the fuel for our growth. Primary Job Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints and work orders. Verify orders for correct quantity and hose length. Perform inspection for correct hose and appropriate fittings. Determine correct alloy to be applied to all welds. Perform skilled welding – following standardized procedure for AMP and RPM. Learn job related material primarily through oral instruction and observation. Visually inspect completed welds to determine compliance with standards. Check quality and appearance of finished hose. Make appropriate repairs to assemblies that do not meet standards. Maintain daily production logs. Work safely without presenting a direct threat to self and others. Work cooperatively and jointly to provide a quality product. Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to understand and follow English instructions. Basic welding experience required. Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required. Good basic math skills. Have knowledge of standard tools, material and practices of welding trades. Have knowledge of hose and fittings. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to sit for 80 percent of the day. Good hand and eye coordination. Must be able to bend, squat, twist and kneel. Ability to use hand and power tools.
