Gig Harbor Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Director of Social Services to join our leadership team. In this rewarding role, you will advocate for our residents, provide emotional support and care planning, and help ensure each resident achieves the highest possible quality of life.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (BA) required
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a healthcare setting required
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Passion for improving the lives of seniors and their families

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services field, including but not limited to Sociology, Special Education, Rehabilitation Counseling and Psychology.
Salary/ Wage Range
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
