What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons to diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions
• Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans under supervision
• Order, review, and interpret diagnostic imaging and other studies
• Assist in orthopedic surgical procedures
• Provide pre- and post-operative care and patient education
• Conduct office-based procedures, including joint injections
• Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record
• Participate in rotational call coverage
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of patient care
• Support quality improvement initiatives within the department

What You Need:

• Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) license in Vermont
• Minimum of 1 year of orthopedic or surgical experience
• Strong diagnostic, procedural, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
