See to the comfort of guests through answering questions, taking orders, conveying special instructions to the kitchen and bar, and serving food and beverages. Circulate the room with trays of appetizers and beverages. Direct guests to necessary services and features. Assist with event preparation, set up, and closing, including setting up and packing away tables, table cloths, place settings and buffets. Support the other staff to ensure guest satisfaction. Adhere to safety and quality regulations. What we’re looking for: High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred 1-3 years relevant experience Demonstrated knowledge of barkeeping techniques to create commonly ordered drinks Professionalism Ability to delight by anticipating guest needs and responding in a friendly, helpful manner Ability to display a consistently caring and respectful attitude Ability to act as a gracious host to guests, vendors and candidates for employment About North Point Hospitality: North Point Hospitality was started in 1978 and is located in Atlanta, Georgia.
