About the Role - As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and programming CNC machines to manufacture precision parts and components based on engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities -

• Interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, routings, and specifications to determine machining requirements.
• 3+ years experience operating, setting up, and changing over CNC turning centers (preferably with 2+ axis Okuma experience).
• Experience with G-Code programming at the machine.
• Experience using GibbsCAM - preferred.
• Experience operating machining centers.

Qualifications -

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a CNC Machinist role.
• Strong technical aptitude with a basic understanding of mechanical equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments.
• US Citizen
