The Geneva Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking an Evening LPN to join our compassionate care team in Geneva Township, OH. You will provide direct patient care under supervision, administer medications, and support residents to maintain independence and comfort.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, maintain accurate records, and participate in quality improvement efforts while delivering education to patients and families on health topics.
