Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand each client's history, mental health status, and specific concerns.

• Hold a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and building trusting therapeutic relationships while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.

• Regularly meet with clients to review progress, make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, and strategize discharge planning when appropriate.

• Document session notes and treatment updates in a timely manner to maintain compliance with regulations and enhance care continuity.

• Participate in supervision sessions to reflect on practice, receive feedback, and enhance clinical skills.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Encourage clients to adopt a growth mindset, supporting their journey towards self-improvement and resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current, unrestricted, and active LPC licensure in the state of Oregon.

• At least one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting post-graduation is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range between USD 75,000 and USD 90,000 annually, reflecting your skills and experience.
