Position: Marketing Communications Specialist Location: Jacksonville Beach, FL Job Id: 148 # of Openings: 0 Position Summary The Marketing Communications Specialist plays a critical role in shaping how we show up across our communication channels, from brochures, social media and email to paid advertising and our website. You'll manage the day-to-day execution of our content strategy, creating compelling content that speaks to engineers, facility managers, contractors, and other key buyers in the industrial space. This is a hands‑on role for someone equally comfortable crafting a technical blog post, analyzing campaign performance, and managing a paid search campaign. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and Communications. Key Responsibilities Content Development & Publishing Create and publish content across all platforms, including printed brochures, blogs, enewsletters, LinkedIn, and the company website. Maintain a consistent editorial calendar to ensure a steady cadence of blogs, thought leadership articles, case studies, and enewsletters. Translate complex industrial ventilation concepts into accessible, compelling content for both technical and non-technical audiences. Email Marketing Design and deploy targeted campaigns that support lead generation and customer retention. Continuously optimize email performance through testing and evaluation. Build, maintain, and segment email lists in close collaboration with Sales and Business Development teams. Work with marketing director and external agency to develop and execute a comprehensive digital content strategy across social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and paid digital campaigns. Align content initiatives with lead generation, customer retention, and brand awareness goals. Contribute to marketing campaign planning and serve as the primary driver of content execution. Social Media & Community Engagement Work with marketing director and external agency to manage and grow the company's social media presence across relevant channels. Monitor platforms, respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner. Foster community engagement and brand advocacy among customers, partners, and industry peers. Paid Digital Advertising Work with marketing director and external agency to manage paid keyword strategies and digital ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn. Ensure landing page content is optimized for user experience, relevance, and conversion. Monitor campaign budgets, performance, and ROI, making data-driven adjustments as needed. Analytics & Reporting Track, analyze, and report on key digital metrics including traffic, engagement, lead volume, conversion rates, and email performance. Present regular performance updates to the marketing team and leadership. Leverage audience insights and analytics to continuously refine content strategy and improve results. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or content marketing. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences. Demonstrated experience managing social media, email marketing platforms, and paid digital campaigns for a corporate audience. Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar platforms. Experience in B2B marketing or industrial, manufacturing, or technical industries preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and influence without direct authority. Skills Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to propose mutually beneficial solutions. Self‑motivated, responsible, and dependable with a positive attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional presence in both phone and in‑person interactions. Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Teams.
