Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations through video conferencing and remote assessments to determine patients' psychological well-being and necessary treatment plans.

• Develop bespoke treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, utilizing culturally competent strategies and evidence-based practices.

• Implement diverse therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, during individual and virtual group sessions.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy focused on emotional resilience, personal growth, and skill enhancement for better coping with life’s challenges.

• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care that addresses all aspects of the patient's mental health.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients during mental health emergencies, prioritizing their safety and well-being.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, possible treatments, and available community resources to empower them on their wellness journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, adhering to legal, ethical, and professional standards of documentation.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensing as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in New Jersey.
\n
• Two years of post-licensure experience is preferred.

• Solid foundational knowledge of various mental health disorders, evidence-based therapy techniques, and a commitment to trauma-informed care.

• Skilled at conducting comprehensive assessments, making accurate diagnoses, and formulating effective treatment plans.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapies utilizing a variety of methodologies.

• Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities to build rapport and foster therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Ability to proficiently navigate electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications necessary for telehealth service delivery.
